Call (321)725-5365 and speak to us about your emergency.

TRUE EMERGENCY CARE.
While most other local hospitals provide minimal or no technical care overnight, we have a minimum of one experienced emergency doctor and two veterinary technicians on duty – even during the early morning hours. By law, a veterinary technician is not allowed to administer medications or perform treatments without the direction of a licensed veterinarian. Be sure your pet is receiving true emergency care.
WHO DO WE TREAT?
We focus on critical illness and see patients who:
- have an immediate need for emergency care – no referral is needed
- are referred by a veterinarian for the care of a specialist, and/or emergencies or recovery services
WHAT TO BRING ON YOUR FIRST VISIT
If we are seeing your pet for the first time:
- Please bring any laboratory reports, blood work, biopsy report, radiographs and ultrasounds with you or have your general practice veterinarian send them over. Having these items helps our veterinarians provide a more complete and accurate diagnosis and can prevent the need for repeat testing
- Be sure to have a list of all medications, including strength and dosage that you are currently giving your pet.
- A completed referral form from your general practice veterinarian (if applicable).
- To save time at check-in, you may also want to bring a completed check-in form.
If diagnostic testing or surgery (including endoscopy or ultrasound) is a consideration, food should be withheld after 9:00 p.m. on the evening prior to your scheduled appointment.
Our pet care team is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays to provide compassionate emergency, critical and specialty care. An emergency veterinarian is always on the premises and prepared to care for your pet and speak with you about their care.
