Amy joined the ASECB team in 2017 as a veterinary technician with 10+ years experience. Some of her responsibilities include triaging emergency patients, performing radiographs, placing IV catheters and drawing blood for diagnostic procedures. She has plans to attend school for veterinary management in the future.
Amy finds the most rewarding part of her job is to be able to send pets back home to their families after making a full recovery. ” I do my best to treat every pet like they are my own and give them the care I would want my own pets to have.”
Her furry family includes 2 cats, Smoosh & Twink”, and a Chihuahua mix named Ozzie. She also spends time volunteering with Coastal Boxer Rescue.
